Why three sessions?
In the first session the hypnotic trance is set to have you desire more healthy foods, enjoy eating and working out and crave less sugar, caffeine, junk food etc. The two follow up sessions are to reinforce the hypnotic suggestions placed. You can attend one, two or all three sessions but clients who attend the three sessions find the most results.
What to Bring:
Depending on the size of the group, you will either be lying on massage tables or the floor. Bring a pillow, blankets, yoga mat and bolsters to make you comfortable for either option. You are also welcome to bring a zero gravity recliner chair.
