Welcome to Total Body Strength Club. In our calisthenics basics class We will be focus on bodyweight exercises and movements that will challenge you. From pull ups, push ups to squats, and core exercises; we’ll show you how to attain true strength and master your bodyweight. All levels welcomed and exercises can be modified.

We will meet by monkey bars area near basketball courts. Come 10 minutes prior to register. Bring water, to stay hydrated and your game face. Lets get Fit together!
