Create the life you want to live through Mindful Living
Dates: October 13th, October 27th, November 10th, November 24th, December 8th
This is a 5 class series meeting over 5 Saturdays (10 am to 12:30 pm to create a new reality for yourself and to step into the life you want to live exposing you to a wealth of information and challenges you to move out of where you are at with questionnaires and interactive exchanges.
We will go from Awareness to Mindfulness through a wheel process looking at but not limited to:
¨ Increasing our Awareness
¨ Mindful Living - Here & Now
¨ Inner Reflection - taking inventory
¨ How to change our energy to be more in alignment to co-create & manifest
¨ How our thoughts, words & beliefs affect us
¨ Introduction to Universal Laws
¨ Creating & living with intention

• What to bring - An Open Mind, water and a notebook/pen, you will be provided a folder but in case you want to take extra notes.

We will be addressing many aspects of the in between from awareness to reach mindfulness. This is an interactive program as you are given exercises to complete; conversation and sharing to be exchanged in a nurturing and safe environment.
