Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep" is a deep, guided meditation that rejuvenates the mind, body and soul. Enjoy a hot cup of tea afterward as you transition from meditation back out into the world. The meditation will take approxamately 45 minutes, there will be a little "cool down" from your day beforehand
No yoga or meditation experience necessary. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Bring your yoga mat, layers, and bug spray if you need it.
