HPC FALL 2017 Session 1 CompuTrainer Class - Early Bird Class

This class will mimic what we do in "Part 1" and the Part 2 class will be Thursday or Saturday.

The first session of Computrainer class is based on improving pedal stroke, moderate climbing simulations, and general Base Build transition. We will spend a lot of time on pedal stroke! because the increase of power all starts with the pedal stroke. We will work in a classic Periodization scheme, for cycling. Each class has a contolled stress factor and this is gradually increased.
