Fit Sculpt class is or Saturday class that’s tough by design ! We mix it all up and give you a total body workout that’s Heavy on Core and Body Resistance training.
Plan on doing Crunches, Squats, Planks, Burpees and more. Floor mats are provided as are other tools for the exercises.
All of our classes are open to all abilities, but this one will push you to you limits. If you love a tough class, and are willing to work, this one is for you. Class Duration approx. 50 minutes
