A gentle to moderate paced flow synchronizing breath and movement to generate internal heat. Students will cultivate awareness in the mind, and build flexibility, strength, and balance in the body. Focusing on proper alignment and staying present in the moment helps to alleviate mental and physical stress. Each practice includes sun salutations, standing/seated/balance poses, deep stretches, and final relaxation. All levels are welcome as progressions and modifications will be offered. Bring a mat, towel, and water. Blocks, straps, and other props provided.
