Our weeknight classes are a high intensity 40 Min workout which includes a 5 min warm up and cool down period.
We will Include Cardio Blasts, Upper, Lower and Core Exercises to give you a complete body workout. We do offer variations on the moves that will help compensate for ability, so everyone is welcome !
