This will be an organized workout group that focuses on long term wellness/fitness planning. Specially designed for women over 40 who are new to the long term wellness/fitness journey. We invite beginners and will focus on muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility. We will gently encourage and promote the learning of proper form, expectations and overall safety.
We will address the benefits and obstacles to beginning and overall fitness program. With proper information, education and instruction, we can make 2018 a very successful year.
